Job Description

JD of EX/IM Incharge: - Gurgaon Hub

1. Preparing and managing export/import documents (LCs, invoices, packing lists, certificates).

2. Ensuring adherence to international trade regulations, customs rules, and company policies.

3. Liaising with overseas buyers, freight forwarders, customs brokers (CHA), banks, and internal teams (procurement, logistics).

4. Arranging shipments, tracking deliveries, and resolving logistics issues.

5. Handling remittances, providing bank settlement instructions, and managing customs duties/taxes (like IGCR).

6. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

7. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
