• Order Processing:

Receive, review, and process export orders in accordance with company policies and international trade regulations.

Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment of export orders.

• Documentation:

Prepare and manage export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and other required shipping documents.

Ensure compliance with customs regulations and documentation requirements of destination countries.

Coordinate with Clearing House Agent for Customs Clearence & Export Shipments by Air/Sea.

• Logistics Coordination:

Collaborate with logistics providers to arrange and monitor the transportation of goods.

Track shipments and communicate with relevant stakeholders to provide timely updates on shipment status.

• Timeline Management

Process Deadline Follow Up

• Compliance:

Ensure compliance with international trade regulations & country specific laws.

Assist in obtaining necessary licenses and permits for international shipments.

Customer Support:

Respond to inquiries from international customers regarding shipping, documentation, and other export-related matters.

Address and resolve customer concerns related to export orders.

• Data Management:

Maintain accurate records of export transactions, including sales contracts, shipping details, and compliance documentation.

Generate reports and analyse data to identify areas for process improvement.
