We are looking for a Import Export Executive to join our team at at Electro Power.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle Pre-Shipment & Post-Shipment Documentation.
Knowledge of Duty Drawback, RoSCTL, DGFT & GST.
Prepare and send complete shipping documents to customers.
Coordinate with factories, customers, banks, customs, ports and transporters.
Plan shipments and ensure timely dispatch and vessel bookings.
Strong follow-up until the container reaches the port and catches the vessel.
Knowledge of CBM calculation and container planning.
Handle the complete export documentation process independently.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 2 - 6+ years of experience. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail is a must. Besides this, proficiency with inventory tracking systems and ability to manage time effectively is a plus.
