Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Export Executive to manage export documentation, coordinate international shipments, and ensure smooth communication with clients and logistics partners. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of relevant experience and strong English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end export documentation and processing

• Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs agents

• Prepare invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, and other export documents

• Track shipments and update clients on delivery status

• Maintain export records and ensure compliance with international trade regulations

• Communicate with overseas customers regarding orders and dispatch schedules

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in export operations or a similar role

• Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory

• Good knowledge of export procedures and documentation

• Strong organizational and coordination skills

• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email communication)
