Import Export Executive

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end import and export operations, including documentation, shipments, and compliance.

Prepare and review commercial invoices, packing lists, LC documents, BOE, BL, COO, and other trade papers.

Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, shipping lines, transporters, and ensure timely dispatch and clearance.

Track shipments in real time and troubleshoot delays — no excuses, just solutions.

Ensure adherence to DGFT, customs regulations, EXIM policies, and company standards.

Maintain strong vendor and buyer communication across countries.

Keep records updated: duty payments, shipment costs, delivery schedules, and MIS reports.

Plan cost-effective logistics routes and negotiate freight rates to optimize landed cost.

Resolve disputes related to quality, quantity, or documentation with a calm but firm approach.
