Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordination with shipping line, warehouse, transporter, customs, and docks personnel to ensure smooth clearance of all import and export processes

  • Work with multiple customers on multiple projects simultaneously and deliver in a timely, efficient, and effective manner

  • Responsiveness to customer queries and independently resolving issues and queries on consignments

  • Preparation of Import Export checklist in USoft software, E-way bill, shipping line bonds, customs bonds, bank guarantee, etc.

  • Process FSSAI, PQ, and AQ applications

  • Respond to customs queries by making the required information available
