Logistics Import Export Executive

We are looking for a Import Export Executive to join our team at . This role involves managing day-to-day operational activities, documentation, client coordination, and administrative tasks related to our international trading business. The position offers ₹10,000 - ₹20,000 and opportunities to grow in your career.

Key Responsibilities:
Client & Supplier Coordination: Follow up with customers and suppliers regarding orders, shipments, payments, and pending documentation.

• Contract Management: Prepare sales and purchase contracts, order confirmations, and other commercial documents.

• Invoicing & Documentation: Prepare and maintain invoices, proforma invoices, packing lists, and other trade-related documents.

• Email Correspondence: Handle routine business emails, draft professional communications, and respond to queries.

• Payment Follow-ups: Coordinate with customers and the accounts team to track outstanding payments and ensure timely settlements.

• Shipment Coordination: Follow up on shipment schedules, ETD/ETA updates, shipping documents, and delivery status.

• Record Keeping: Maintain organized records of contracts, invoices, purchase orders, emails, and other business documents.

• General Back-Office Support: Handle daily administrative tasks and provide operational support to the trading team.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and candidate must be a fresher. Other requirements include attention to detail, organizing skills, and managing time. Basic computer knowledge for inventory tracking is a plus.
