Job Description

● Field visits and audits

● Handling inward and outward processes in ecommerce& groceries.

● Sorting of packages, Route Mapping & Packaging Process

● Inventory Management.

● Client and Vendor Management.

● Handling any escalations on the floor.

● Monitoring and seeing that SOPs are being followed.

● Managing blue collar man force.

● Operations excellence

● Hiring Team lead, Hub Managers, Process Associates, Drivers and Bikers.

● Plan expansion at pincode levels.

● Attendance tracking, Tech Adherence

● Training new HM and TL.

REQUIREMENTS:

● 2-3years of experience in a non-the-ground, fast-paced business

● Willingness to deal with a blue-collar workforces everyday

● Basic MS Excel skills a must-formulas, VLOOKUP, pivots etc.

● Strong communication skills in English and the local language.

● Willingness to travel between different cities/sites.

● A good understanding of the city and its layout will be a big plus

● Prior experience in an operations role will be a big plus.

● Basic understanding of costing, P&L.

● E-mail etiquettes

● Utilization of resources
