Hub Supervisor

Role Overview

Hub Supervisor is responsible for supervising daily operations and workforce execution for an assigned hub. This role ensures worker attendance, job execution, service fulfilment, and basic quality control at the hub level.

The Hub Supervisor is a frontline execution owner responsible for making sure the hub operates smoothly each day.

Key Responsibilities

● Ensure daily service fulfilment for the hub.

● Track and confirm worker attendance and availability.

● Coordinate worker deployment to jobs.

● Monitor on-time job start and completion.

● Act as first-line owner for hub-level operational issues.

● Perform basic quality checks and report issues.

● Ensure workers follow SOPs and service standards.

● Support onboarding and training of new workers.

● Escalate major issues to the hub manager.

Own and Maintain the Following KPIs

● Hub fulfilment rate

● Attendance rate

● On-time job start %

● Jobs completed per day

● Complaint rate

● Cancellation / no-show rate

Candidate Profile

● 1–4 years experience in field operations or supervision.

● Experience managing frontline workers preferred.

● Bachelor’s degree preferred.

● Good communication and problem-solving skills.
