Hub Supervisor

Job Overview:
We are looking for a Grocery Supervisor to oversee daily operations at Flipkart’s grocery hub. The role involves managing workforce, monitoring order processing, ensuring inventory accuracy, and maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day operations of grocery warehouse/fulfillment center.

• Manage and guide associates in picking, packing, and dispatching orders.

• Monitor stock levels, coordinate with inventory team, and ensure product availability.

• Maintain quality, hygiene, and safety standards inside the facility.

• Prepare daily/weekly performance reports and track operational KPIs.

• Resolve escalations and ensure smooth last-mile coordination.

Requirements:

• Graduate / Diploma with 1–3 years of experience in warehouse or retail operations.

• Strong people-management and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexible shifts.

• Knowledge of inventory systems / MS Excel preferred.

• It is a Full Time Warehouse / Logistics job for candidates with 1 - 5 years of experience.
