About the Role

Firstcry is seeking motivated and experienced individuals to join our team as On-Role Supervisors. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily logistics operations, managing a team of delivery personnel, and ensuring the efficient and timely flow of goods. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with excellent problem-solving skills and a solid understanding of logistics processes.

Candidate should be well verse with the local language, other regional languages known will be a plus.

Should have good knowledge of the city and its routes.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage a team of logistics staff and delivery personnel.

Coordinate and monitor daily dispatch, routing, and delivery operations.

Ensure all deliveries are completed on schedule and in compliance with company standards.

Address and resolve operational issues, such as delivery delays or customer complaints.

Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback.

Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and team performance.

Ensure a safe working environment and adherence to all safety protocols.
