Up to ₹4 LPA + Incentives + PF & ESIC

We’re looking for an experienced Team Leader to manage end-to-end Fruits & Vegetables dark store operations in a fast-paced Q-commerce setup.

Key Role:
• Handle daily operations (inbound, picking, dispatch)
• Manage inventory, stock rotation & quality
• Lead team & ensure SLA adherence
• Maintain SOP, FSSAI & safety compliance

Requirement: 3–6 yrs experience in F&V retail/dark store + team handling skills.
