1) Candidates should hve Last -mile experience .

2) Minimum handle 40+Associates and 3000Shipments

3) Responsible For running the station operations .

4) Managing DA'S shedules ,performance & job assignments .

5) Job sheduling ,assignment & performance monitoring .

6) Achieving performance metrics through constant monitoring .

7)Address seller /merchant escalations .

8) Manage leave calendr & weeekly offs & ensure field activities are carried out without any hindrances .

9) Ensure set practices are implemented & followed to the core

10) MIS reports generations & sharing with internal & external stakeholders

11) Coordinate with central ops for performance metrics and exceptions if any
