Job Description

We required Hub- Lead at Kudlu

The Team Leader will manage and oversee last-mile food delivery operations, ensuring timely deliveries, high rider productivity, and smooth hub-level execution. This role requires strong people management, real-time problem-solving, and target-driven performance.

Locations: Across Bangalore

Supervise and manage delivery partners/riders at the hub

Monitor attendance, shift allocation, and roster planning
Motivate the team to achieve daily and weekly targets
Conduct regular briefings and performance feedback sessions
Ensure timely order pickups and deliveries
Manage order allocation and reduce delivery delays
Handle real-time operational issues (late orders, cancellations, customer complaints)
Physically fit & strong personality

Prior experience in logistics.
Immediate joiners required
Local candidates from Bangalore preferred

Rider Engagement & Retention

Maintain strong communication with riders
Address concerns related to payouts, routes, or workload
Ensure discipline and adherence to company policies
Support hiring and onboarding of new riders

Compliance & Discipline

Ensure riders follow safety guidelines and company SOPs
Maintain hub discipline and operational standards
Take corrective actions for misconduct or underperformance

Reporting & Coordination

Share daily reports on performance and issues
Coordinate with central/control tower team for escalations
Maintain data accuracy for attendance, payouts, and deliveries
