Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Procure project materials from local markets and approved vendors.
Coordinate with site engineers and project teams regarding material requirements.
Ensure timely delivery of materials at site locations.
Maintain proper records of purchases, invoices, challans, and stock entries.
Verify quantity and quality of received materials.
Compare rates and negotiate with suppliers for best pricing.
Monitor stock availability and avoid shortages or excess inventory.
Prepare daily/weekly material and purchase reports.
Coordinate transportation and logistics for material movement.
Maintain proper documentation for audit and billing purposes.
Follow company procurement policies and procedures.

Other Requirements:

Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
Willingness to travel to project sites and local markets.
