Job Title: Hub Executive
Department: Operations / Fleet Management
Reports To: Hub Manager / Operations Manager
The Hub Executive is responsible for overseeing daily operations at the taxi service hub, ensuring smooth coordination between drivers, fleet maintenance, customer service, and administrative functions. This role involves monitoring vehicle readiness, managing driver schedules, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Daily Operations Management
Supervise and coordinate all hub activities including driver check-in/check-out, vehicle dispatch, and route assignments.
Ensure all vehicles are road-ready, clean, and meet safety standards before dispatch.
Driver Coordination
Allocate shifts and routes to drivers according to demand and availability.
Maintain driver attendance and performance records.
Fleet Oversight
Report any maintenance or repair needs to the fleet team.
Monitor fuel usage and track vehicle mileage.
Customer Service Support
Address and escalate customer complaints or service issues arising from the hub.
Ensure timely resolution of operational issues to avoid service delays.
Compliance & Documentation
Maintain proper records for vehicle documents, insurance, permits, and driver licenses.
Ensure all operations adhere to company policies and legal requirements
Reporting
Submit daily/weekly operational reports to the Hub Manager.
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Problem-solving and quick decision-making ability.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance.
Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies.
Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field).
2–4 years of experience in transport, logistics, or taxi service operations.
Proficiency in MS Office and fleet management software (preferred).
4-wheeler driving license
4 wheeler driving
