We are seeking a General Helper to support logistics and aviation operations in Dubai. This role ensures smooth movement of goods and passengers by assisting with shipping, inventory, documentation, and ground handling tasks. You will play a vital part in maintaining efficiency and safety in a fast-paced aviation environment.

📦 Core Responsibilities (Logistics Focus)

• Shipping & Receiving: Unload, check, and store incoming goods; prepare, label, and arrange outgoing shipments.

• Inventory Management: Conduct stock checks, organize warehouse spaces, and update records.

• Documentation: Handle receipts, invoices, bills of lading, and other paperwork.

• Coordination: Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams; resolve shipment issues.

• Area Maintenance: Keep work areas, equipment, and facilities clean and organized.

✈️ Aviation-Specific Duties (Ground Handling/Ramp)

• Aircraft Servicing: Load/unload catering, supplies, and baggage; stock aircraft with refreshments.

• Passenger Assistance: Support special needs passengers, guide them, and assist with check-in/boarding.

• Equipment Operation: Operate ground support equipment (GSE) to move loads between terminal and aircraft.

• Ramp Safety: Follow strict safety protocols during aircraft movement and servicing.
