* **Team Management:*
Supervise and manage riders/pickers on a daily basi
Conduct regular team meetings and give clear instruction
* **Operations Handling:*
Ensure all orders are delivered on time (door-to-door updates
Monitor daily operations and resolve on-ground issue
* **Performance Monitoring:*
Track attendance, productivity, and performance of team member
Take action on low performance and provide guidanc
* **Discipline & Compliance:*
Ensure company rules are followed (no multi-order violations, proper conduct
Take strict action in case of policy breache
* **Communication:*
Act as a link between management and tea
Share daily reports and updates on tim
* **Issue Resolution:*
Handle customer complaints and escalation case
Coordinate with different teams (FC, support, etc.

* Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English
