The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting shippers with carriers, negotiating competitive freight rates, and ensuring timely and efficient transportation of goods. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with shippers and carriers
Source and secure new freight opportunities
Negotiate rates and service terms with carriers
Coordinate pickup and delivery schedules
Track shipments and provide status updates to clients
Resolve any transportation issues, delays, or claims
Maintain accurate records in TMS and company systems
Meet and exceed monthly revenue and margin targets
