Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with shippers and carriers
Source and secure new freight opportunities

Coordinate pickup and delivery schedules
Track shipments and provide status updates to clients
Resolve any transportation issues, delays, or claims
Maintain accurate records in TMS and company systems
Meet and exceed monthly revenue and margin targets
