Freight Broker – US Logistics

About the Role:
We are seeking highly motivated and experienced professionals to join our team as Freight Brokers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international sales, cold calling, and client communication, preferably within the BPO, KPO, logistics, or freight forwarding sectors. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and coordinating with shippers and carriers to ensure efficient freight movement across global markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct international sales outreach, cold calling, and lead generation.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with shippers, carriers, and logistics partners.
Negotiate freight rates, close sales deals, and consistently achieve revenue targets.
Coordinate and monitor shipments to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery.
Maintain detailed records, update CRM systems, and manage shipment documentation.
Deliver excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and resolving issues promptly.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 13 years of experience in international sales, cold calling, or client acquisition.
Prior experience in logistics, BPO, KPO, or freight forwarding is an advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented work environment.
Sound knowledge of global logistics operations and customer engagement.
