We are hiring Freight Brokers for our US logistics sales process. This role is ideal for freshers and early-career professionals who have excellent English communication, strong analytical skills, and a sales-driven mindset.
Candidates with prior experience in freight brokerage, logistics, supply chain, or international sales will be given preference, however freshers with the right attitude and learning ability are strongly encouraged to apply.
This is a full-time, permanent, on-site role working in US night shifts.
Key Responsibilities
Connect with US-based shippers and carriers via calls, emails, and CRM tools
Generate and close sales opportunities through cold calling and follow-ups
Negotiate freight rates and secure profitable deals
Manage shipments end-to-end including booking, tracking, and issue resolution
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and carriers
Analyze freight lanes, pricing trends, and market demand
Maintain accurate records in CRM and internal systems
Coordinate with internal operations and support teams
Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
Strong sales, negotiation, and analytical skills
Confidence in handling calls with international (US) clients
Willingness to work in US night shifts
Comfortable with targets and performance-based roles
Basic computer proficiency (Email, CRM, Excel)
Graduate or undergraduate with strong communication skills
Preferred (Added Advantage – Not Mandatory)
Experience in Freight Brokerage / Logistics / Supply Chain
Experience in International Sales / BPO / US Process
Cold calling or lead generation experience
Knowledge of US logistics terminology and freight operations
