Job Description

We are looking for a Freight Broker- Customer Support to join our team at at City Transport Syndicate Private Limited. This role involves managing storage, packing, inventory, and distribution of goods in the warehouse. You will play an important part in the supply chain team. The position offers ₹14,000 - ₹14,400 and opportunities to grow in your career.

Key Responsibilities:

Following up shipments from start to end till it reaches at destination.

Keeping updates of container gate in, vessel sailing & Transhipment loadings

Updating VGM, FORM-13 & SB on ODEX/MMD3/CARGOES
Updating the shipments tracking to shipper/overseas agents
Handling LCL, FCL & buyer consoles shipments.
Maintaining DSR & updating to clients/overseas agents on daily basis.
Handling Free hand as well as Nomination shipment.
Tracking Shipment till it reaches to destination & informing delay/early reaching of consignment to customer with reason.
Filling Load List & Shipping instruction to the relevant carriers before prior cut off.
Preparing House BL and filling MBL to relevant carriers.
Follow up with CHA for Clearance, stuffing and Documents handover.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0 - 2 years of experience. Other requirements include attention to detail, organizing skills, and managing time. Basic computer knowledge for inventory tracking is a plus.
