Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Forklift Driver to join our team. The Forklift Driver will be responsible for operating forklifts and other material-handling equipment to move, load, unload, and store materials efficiently and safely within the facility.

Key Responsibilities

Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely to move materials and products
Load and unload trucks, containers, and storage racks
Transport materials to designated locations within the warehouse or site
Inspect forklift equipment daily and report maintenance issues
Ensure accurate handling, labeling, and storage of goods
Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and OSHA regulations
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as required
Support general warehouse or production tasks when needed

Qualifications and Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Valid forklift operator certification or license
Proven experience operating forklifts (sit-down, stand-up, reach truck, or pallet jack as applicable)
Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs or more)
Strong attention to safety and detail
Basic math and record-keeping skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods
Comfortable working in warehouse conditions (heat, cold, noise, or dust, depending on environment)
