Job Summary:
Responsible for smooth floor operations, excellent guest service, and effective team coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and guide floor staff.
Ensure quality and timely customer service.
Manage table allocation and guest flow.
Handle customer queries and complaints.
Coordinate with kitchen and barista teams.
Maintain cleanliness, grooming, and service standards.
Support the Café Manager in daily operations and sales targets.
Experience: Prior café/restaurant/hospitality experience preferred.
