Floor Manager

Position: Assistant Floor Manager
Location: [Insert Location]
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹19,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Floor Manager in daily operations and team supervision

• Support team members in achieving daily and monthly targets

• Oversee and coordinate the loan processing workflow

• Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions

• Draft and send professional emails to customers as required

• Maintain a smooth work environment and ensure proper task delegation

• Act as a point of contact between team and Floor Manager

Requirements:

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Basic knowledge of loan processing is preferred

• Ability to handle customer interactions efficiently

• Team player with leadership qualities
