Floor Manager

We are looking for a Floor Manager to join our team Panorama Group. This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving Project Handling on time. Identifying Project Problems, pitching products and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibility. The position offers an in-hand salary of 15k to 30K along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.

• Oversee Daily Floor Operations
  Ensure smooth functioning of all floor activities, from opening to closing.

• Maintain Cleanliness and Safety Standards
  Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and company SOPs.

• Inventory & Stock Management
  Monitor stock levels, coordinate restocking, and manage equipment or materials.

• Coordinate with Other Departments
  Liaise with housekeeping, security, logistics, and administration for efficient workflow.

• Monitoring & Reporting

  1. Daily Reports
     Submit end-of-day reports on staff, operations, and issues.

  2. Performance Metrics Tracking
     Track footfall, sales, or other relevant KPIs.

  3. Incident Reporting
     Log and report safety violations, accidents, or unusual events.

  4. Audit Preparedness
     Ensure records and floor operations are always audit-ready.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduation or Civil Engineer and 1-3 Years Experience . Strong communication skills, Greet and assist customers, ensure a high-quality service experience.
