Key job responsibilities:

1. Drive sales performance by monitoring daily targets, motivating the team, and implementing effective selling techniques

2. Ensure smooth day-to-day floor operations, including opening/closing procedures, visual merchandising, and maintaining store standards.

3. Shrinkage control: -

3. Organize floors neatly to arrange the space well-maintained.

4. Ensure excellent customer service on the floor, handle escalations, and maintain a positive shopping experience.

5. Monitor stock levels, coordinate replenishment, minimize shrinkage, and ensure proper display of merchandise.
