Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month

Shift: Night Shift

Working Days: 5 Days Working

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Floor Manager to oversee daily operations, manage team performance, and ensure smooth workflow across the floor. The ideal candidate should have prior experience as a supervisor or Team Leader (TL) and possess strong leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage day-to-day floor operations.

Monitor employee performance and productivity.

Lead, motivate, and support team members.

Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

Handle employee concerns and provide timely resolutions.

Coordinate with different departments to maintain operational efficiency.

Prepare daily and weekly performance reports.

Maintain discipline and a positive work environment.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 3 years as a Supervisor, Team Leader (TL), or in a similar managerial role.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Good communication and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Good knowledge of MS Office and reporting.
