Job Description

We are looking for dedicated and responsible Shift Incharges to manage store operations and ensure smooth workflow during assigned shifts.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and manage on-floor operations.Ensure all associates are following process & timelines.Maintain store discipline, cleanliness, and order.Handle RTV (Return to Vendor) and dispatch coordination.Monitor attendance, shift planning, and task allocation.Coordinate with delivery partners and ensure order accuracy.Report shift updates and performance to the Operations Manager.Basic knowledge of inventory handling, packaging, and floor management.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Basic computer knowledge – MS Excel, Google Sheets, and data entry tools , email writing etc.Ready to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.Age: 18–35 years preferred.Education: 10th Pass / Higher Secondary / Graduate (any stream).Experience in quick commerce or warehouse operations
