 Job Title: Dispatch Executive (Floor In charge)

Location: Budhpur, Delhi

 Experience: 1–3 years in dispatch/logistics/warehouse operations

 Key Responsibilities:

• Stock Loading & Unloading: Supervise accurate loading/unloading of stock as per dispatch plan.

• Stock Preparation: Ensure correct items and quantities are picked, packed, labeled, and prepared for dispatch.

• Timely Dispatch: Monitor and ensure all dispatches are executed as per schedule without delays.

• Correct Dispatch: Cross-check items and documentation to ensure error-free deliveries.

• Team Coordination: Manage and coordinate with labourers and helpers on the floor for smooth operations.

• Training: Train new and existing floor staff on proper loading, stacking, safety, and documentation procedures.

• Inventory Handling: Maintain daily stock records and coordinate with store/warehouse teams.

• Communication: Liaise with transporters, sales, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth flow of dispatches.

• Experience in dispatch/floor handling in warehouse/logistics setups

• Team player with ability to manage floor operations independently

• Local candidates or those with knowledge of the area preferred
