Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct daily inspections on the office floor to verify proper laptop login and logout activities by employees.
• Perform random checks on employee ID cards to ensure proper usage and security compliance.
• Maintain accurate records and reports of inspection findings.
• Escalate any discrepancies or violations to the concerned departments.
• Coordinate with floor supervisors and HR to ensure smooth operations.
Required Skills:
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting and documentation
• Presentable, professional appearance and behavior
• Ability to follow procedures and work independently with minimal supervision
