Floor Incharge

This role involves managing storage, packing, inventory, and distribution of goods in the warehouse. You will play an important part in the supply chain team. The position offers ₹15,000 - ₹17,000 and opportunities to grow in your career.

The Team Leader will manage daily operations, oversee team performance, and ensure tasks are executed efficiently. Responsibilities include delegating assignments, supervising team activities, monitoring progress to meet goals, and ensuring safety protocols are adhered to. Additionally, the Team Leader will foster team communication, provide guidance for skill development, and collaborate with other departments to enhance overall operational processes and outcomes.
