Job Responsibilities:

• Arrange indents from vendors/customers and share details with the concerned group.

• Coordinate with the fleet team for vehicle details and update the relevant branch.

• Share daily placement status in the WhatsApp group early in the morning.

• Address and resolve all daily operational queries.

• Brief brokers/transporters on company SOPs before vehicle placement, ensuring clarity on policies (e.g., no claims in seal cases).

• Send email updates in case of delays, overloading, detention, etc.

• Ensure receipt of all weight slips before updating manual documents.

• Prepare and share MIS reports for contractual clients.

• Conduct market visits as required to identify new vendors and customers.

• Check and monitor branch-wise vehicle availability reports.

• Update NCR contractual clients promptly on any delays or breakdowns to prevent freight deductions.
