🎯 Position Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced logistics professional with strong hands-on exposure in:

PTL (Part Truck Load)

FTL (Full Truck Load)

Courier Operations

E-commerce Delivery Management

🔑 Key Requirements

✔ Hands-on experience in PAN India operations

✔ Strong network with 50+ truck vendors

✔ Expertise in dispatch planning, routing & vendor performance

✔ Strong understanding of transport cost control & service levels

🔥 Key Responsibilities

🚛 1. Vehicle & Dispatch Management

Plan daily inbound & outbound dispatches

Route planning with cost optimization

End-to-end vehicle tracking (GPS/TMS)

🤝 2. Vendor & Transporter Coordination

Vendor sourcing, placement & negotiation

Manage PTL & FTL vendor base

Rate comparison & finalization

📦 3. On-Ground Operations

Coordinate with drivers, warehouse & clients

Ensure on-time loading/unloading (TAT adherence)

Handle documents: E-way bills, challans, permits

📊 4. MIS, Reporting & Billing

Daily MIS reporting (mandatory)

Transport P&L (center-wise & client-wise)

Coordination with accounts for billing

📈 5. Business Growth & Solution Designing

Support sales team with logistics solutions

Prepare quotations, RFPs & cost sheets

Attend client meetings & design proposals

🎯 Target: 30 new accounts per quarter

👥 6. Team Leadership

Build & manage transport team

Monitor team performance

Resolve daily operational challenges

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

Graduate (Any Stream)

Minimum 3+ years experience in transport/logistics (3PL preferred)

Strong knowledge of vehicle types, routes & logistics operations

Proficiency in Excel, MIS, TMS, PPT & ERP systems

Must have own vehicle

Open to PAN India travel

Strong communication & problem-solving skills
