• Route Optimization: Plan and optimize routes for cost-effectiveness.

• Vendor & Driver Management: Liaise with transporters, service providers, and drivers.

• Budget Management: Prepare and manage fleet operation budgets.

• Problem-Solving: Address fleet-related issues and provide solutions promptly.

• Safety Protocols: Implement training programs for drivers to ensure safe operations.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.

• Experience: Proven experience minimum of 1 year in Trailer fleet management or transportation logistics.

• Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Software Proficiency: Familiarity with fleet management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Ability to Work Under Pressure: Handle tight deadlines and fast-paced environments.

Renumeration

• Salary: 22 k – 25 K CTC
