Job Overview
We are hiring a Supply Executive for a leading technology-driven logistics organization. The ideal candidate should have experience in fleet operations, vendor management, transportation, or logistics and be capable of ensuring smooth day-to-day supply operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily fleet operations and ensure vehicle availability.
Coordinate with internal teams to meet operational requirements on time.
Onboard and maintain relationships with transport vendors and fleet partners.
Monitor fleet performance and maintain operational records using MS Excel.
Resolve operational issues and ensure timely service delivery.
Train and guide fleet partners on operational processes and compliance.
Negotiate with transport vendors to optimize operational costs.
Maintain accurate reports and support continuous process improvements.
Requirements
1–5 years of experience in Logistics, Transportation, Fleet Operations, Supply Chain, or Vendor Management.
Good knowledge of MS Excel.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to negotiate and build vendor relationships.
Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Fluency in English, Hindi, and the local language is preferred.
Preferred Background
Candidates from logistics, transportation, last-mile delivery, courier, e-commerce, supply chain, warehouse, or fleet management industries are encouraged to apply.
