Fleet Manager

• Vehicle Acquisition:

  Determining vehicle needs, purchasing or leasing vehicles, and managing the lifecycle of the fleet from acquisition to disposal. 

• Maintenance and Repair:

  Overseeing vehicle maintenance, scheduling repairs, and managing relationships with repair shops. 

• Driver Management:

  Recruiting, training, and managing drivers, ensuring adherence to schedules and safety protocols. 

• Route Optimization:

  Developing and implementing efficient routes, transportation schedules, and optimizing logistics. 

• Budget Management:

  Managing fleet budgets, tracking expenses, and identifying cost-saving measures. 

• Compliance:

  Ensuring adherence to relevant regulations, including licensing, registration, and safety standards.
