Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily fleet operations and vehicle allocation

  • Monitor vehicle maintenance, servicing, and compliance

  • Manage drivers (attendance, performance, discipline)

  • Track fuel usage, expenses, and cost control

  • Ensure timely deliveries and route optimization

  • Maintain records (RC, insurance, permits, PUC, etc.)

  • Handle breakdowns, accidents, and emergency situations

  • Ensure adherence to safety and government regulations
