Job Description

Ø Ensure all vehicle documents are valid and updated, including RC, Insurance, PUC, Fitness Certificate, National Permit, and Road Tax.

Ø Manage and monitor the company vehicle fleet operations efficiently.

Ø Coordinate with drivers regarding vehicle allocation, schedules, and duty assignments.

Ø Plan and monitor vehicle maintenance and servicing schedules to ensure smooth operations.

Ø Maintain accurate fuel consumption records and logbooks for all vehicles.

Ø Handle route planning and dispatch coordination to ensure timely delivery and movement.

Ø Track and maintain vehicle documentation compliance as per transport regulations.

Ø Arrange immediate breakdown support and repair services whenever required.

Ø Monitor vehicle performance and ensure proper utilization of company fleet.
