Job Description

We are looking for a Field Operations Supervisor to manage daily on-ground operations, coordinate with drivers and vehicle owners, and ensure smooth execution of trips and schedules.
Key Responsibilities

• Supervise field executives and ensure smooth coordination between drivers, owners, and operations team

• Monitor vehicle placement, attendance, and daily allocation

• Manage helpers and handle ad-hoc operational requirements

• Resolve client issues and escalate to managers when needed

• Ensure driver, vehicle, and owner documents are updated and compliant

• Collect and verify trip documents (PODs, invoices)

• Update and validate data in FO / mobile apps

• Supervise cash collection and follow operational processes

• Train field staff on apps, processes, and grooming standards
  Requirements

  • Must have a Bike & Valid Driving License

  • Must have a Smartphone

  • Ability to read & write English
