For individuals, we provide deliveries within the city and also have options where individuals can sit in the comfort of their homes or offices and purchase products or book deliveries.

We provide hyperlocal delivery services for large enterprises, SME customers and B2C customers using our app.

We provide vehicle deployment (FTL) for large enterprises. Here our vehicles ply within, between cities and between regions too.

This is a marketplace which enables customers to login and purchase products from stores within the city that are listed on the app.

On-Ground Operations & Coordination
Monitor and manage daily vehicle movements for pickups and deliveries.
Coordinate with drivers, fleet owners, vendors and warehouse staff to ensure dispatches are made on time.
Obtain vehicle rates from the fleet/transport team within the agreed internal TAT to ensure timely client quotes.
Track shipments in real time and address route delays, breakdowns, or other issues promptly.
Ensure all deliveries are executed within agreed SLA timelines for pickup, transit, and delivery.
Ensure accurate preparation and verification of LR (Lorry Receipt), E-way bills, and POD (Proof of Delivery).
Collect and submit PODs to the internal team within defined timelines.
Act as the on-ground point of contact for clients during loading/unloading.
Coordinate with vendors for vehicle arrangements and rate negotiations
Handle escalations from clients or vendors.
Manage operational incidents such as damages, shortages, or delays.
Report daily operations status, trip closures, and pending PODs to the operations manager.
