The Supply Chain Manager is the main guarantor of the management of flows between the different actors of the supply chain from suppliers to customers. He/she is more particularly in charge of the professionalization of his/her reference job (process definition, team development, knowledge management, continuous improvement), and of the support to the APRU (Autonomous Production and/or Repair Units) (support to the objectives, answers to the Andon, adoption of the commitments and production takt time...) to guarantee their autonomy.
