YSR Security System Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and hardworking Supervisor to join our team at our Muradnagar (Ghaziabad) manufacturing facility.Our work involves fabrication and installation of security and automation products such as Automatic Gates, Tyre Killers, Bollards, and more.Job Responsibilities:Supervise and actively participate in fabrication work inside the factory.Visit sites for installation and ensure smooth execution of work.Learn and perform installation tasks personally when required.Manage workers (around 10 members) and ensure quality and timely completion.Must be willing to handle all types of work — no “this is not my job” attitude.Requirements:Experience in fabrication or related field preferred.Basic electrical knowledge or diploma in electrician trade will be an advantage.Must have a driving licence and bank account (salary will be credited to account).Should be punctual, sincere, and passionate about the job.Work Details:Location: Muradnagar, GhaziabadTimings: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM (1–2 lunch breaks)Leaves: 3 per month (flexible as per work schedule)Overtime: Paid separately if work done beyond regular hours.Accommodation: Available inside factory with kitchen for late-night work.Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and skill).
