Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing) or related field.
5+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations, with 3+ years in a senior leadership role.
Proven ability to manage budgets, KPIs (like OEE), and complex production schedules.
Strong knowledge of ERP systems and quality management.
