Job Profile - Production and quality supervisor (Rubber Moulding )

Key Responsibility

1) Recording and Maintaing entries of Incoming rubber compounds

2) Preparing sample buttons from each batch for testing

3) Checking hardness of sample buttons and maintaing records of the same

4) Ensuring daily cleaning and proper maintainance of moulds.

5)Conducting random inspection every 3 hrs. for all products which includes

* Visual Inspection

* Dimensional Verification

* Proper documentation of inspection results etc

6) Maintaining daily production records

7) Supervising moulding and finishing operations to ensure quality and efficiency

8) Regularly updating and maintaing documentation lke

9) Performing other related tasks as required for smooth production and quality control
