Job Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage melting and moulding operations to achieve daily production targets.
Handle induction furnace operations and ensure correct chemical composition.
Monitor moulding processes and ensure proper mould quality.
Control and optimize sand parameters (moisture, permeability, strength, etc.).
Identify and reduce casting defects related to melting and moulding.
Manage production planning, shift schedules, and manpower allocation.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and housekeeping standards.
Maintain production records and coordinate with quality and maintenance teams.
