Job Title: E-commerce Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise daily e-commerce operations.
- Handle complete order processing and order management.
- Manage dispatch, shipping, returns and replacements.
- Monitor incoming and outgoing orders and shipments.
- Maintain records of how many orders are received, dispatched, returned and delivered.
- Track import and export operations and maintain shipment records.
- Coordinate with courier partners and logistics teams.
- Monitor inventory and stock movement.
- Ensure timely order dispatch and delivery.
- Handle Amazon, Flipkart and other e-commerce platforms.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of E-commerce Operations.
- Order Processing & Management.
- Dispatch and Logistics Management.

Candidate Requirements:
