Job Description

We are looking for a Clerk(Care Taker) to join our team at ICSI. This role involves managing storage, inventory, and distribution in the warehouse. You will be closely working with the supply chain team and ensure that goods are stored and dispatched efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Building Maintenance & Security: Opening and locking up, conducting regular security checks, maintaining heating/cooling systems, and ensuring site safety.
Cleaning & Janitorial Work: Cleaning communal areas, bathrooms, and maintaining building hygiene.
Repairs & Property Upkeep:
Performing minor handyman tasks (painting, lighting, plumbing) and reporting major repairs.
Grounds Maintenance: Mowing, weeding, and ensuring paths are clear.
Contractor Management: Supervising contractors for major repairs and maintenance tasks.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 6 month to 1 year . Strong organizational skills and attention to detail is a must. Besides this, proficiency with inventory tracking systems and ability to manage time effectively is a plus.

Technical Skills: Basic DIY skills (plumbing, electrical) and proficiency in maintaining safety equipment.
Physical Stamina: Ability to handle physical tasks like lifting or standing for long periods.
Soft Skills: Reliability, attention to detail, good communication, and problem-solving abilities.
