Factory Supervisor

We are looking for a Factory Supervisor to join our team at at S H A M K Mercantile Private Limited. This role involves managing storage, packing, inventory, and distribution of goods in the warehouse. You will play an important part in the supply chain team. The position offers ₹14000 - ₹20000 and opportunities to grow in your career.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pack and dispatch orders while keeping stock records up-to-date.

• Store goods properly in the warehouse and ensure all items are labeled correctly.

• Check the quality of goods before dispatch.

• Train workers to handle materials safely, including hazardous items.

• Monitor and update inventory regularly.

• Oversee material, inventory and cost control and training staff to optimize efficiency and performance.
  

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 0.5 - 3 years of experience. Other requirements include attention to detail, organizing skills, and managing time. Basic computer knowledge for inventory tracking is a plus.
