Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end operations of the Crumb Rubber Plant in Alwar.
Ensure smooth functioning of machinery such as shredders, grinders, conveyors, and pulverizers.
Monitor production targets, quality standards, and safety compliance.
Manage manpower, shift planning, work allocation, and team supervision.
Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and management for raw material planning and dispatches.
Conduct regular maintenance checks and coordinate with technicians for breakdowns.
Maintain plant reports: production, wastage, power consumption, downtime, and daily MIS.
Implement cost-saving measures and improve operational efficiency.
Ensure adherence to environmental and safety guidelines (Pollution control, PPE, waste handling).
Maintain inventory of raw materials, finished goods, and spare parts.
